Samsung N310

Samsung’s new netbooks are coming thick and fast right now and here’s another one that’s just hit the streets and this one’s got a rather strange ‘extra’ going for it.

It comes with the “latest medical technology” to smear the keys with a “special finish” that makes it “almost impossible for bacteria to live and breed”. Ideal for those with a compulsive hand washing disorder.

 The Samsung N310 weighs 1.2kg with a four-cell battery, which Samsung claims will give you up to 5 hours use. The state of the battery is indicated by a LED display and the machine self optimises the performance from the Intel Atom N280 processor.

It comes with Windows 7 Starter, 1GB of RAM, a 10.1 inch screen, a 160GB hard drive, a 1.3-megapixel camera and a three-in-one memory card reader.

You get no less than three USB ports and the option of Bluetooth.
