The Sony VAIO Lifestyle P Series is set to become the world’s most sought after Netbook and at just over 0.60kg it could be the lightest.

It’s so slim and small it will fit right into your purse or jacket pocket. Choose from four shimmering colours too.

The instant-on, ultra-bright 8″ LED-backlit screen means that you will never have to wait for it to warm up. Plus, its extra-wide 1600 x 768 resolution easily displays the width of an entire page, putting an end to side-to-side scrolling that can slow you down.

The Lifestyle PC features built-in wireless access to enable you to chat online with your friends, download music or do some online shopping from wherever you are and the Windows Vista operating system supports all the software programs you already use: Microsoft Office applications, music programs, video players and more.

Utilising the latest Intel Atom Z540 processor the Sony includes 2GB DDR2-533 SDRAM memory and a 80GB hard drive to store all your information securely. Graphics are courtesy of an Intel GMA 500 card and you also get a Memory Stick Slot (Duo Size, Memory Stick PRO compatible) and SD Memory Card Slot.
